Christ's Gospel Churches, Int'l., Inc. ("CGC," "we," "us," or "our") operates the CGC+ subscription service, including the CGC mobile application and associated website (collectively, the "Service"). • Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. We receive only a tokenized reference, your billing name, and the last four digits of your card for receipt purposes.
• Communication Data: If you contact us via email or through in-app support, we collect the content of your messages and any information you voluntarily provide.
• Family Plan Information: If you manage a Family plan, we collect the names and email addresses of family members you add to your subscription.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Features accessed, content viewed, interactions within the app, session duration, and frequency of use.
• Log Data: IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, date and time of access, and error logs.
• Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized analytics to help us understand how the Service is used and improve its performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Provide and maintain the Service: Process your subscription, deliver content, and manage your account.
• Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features, fix issues, and develop new functionality.

We integrate with the following third-party services to operate CGC+:

• Stripe: Handles all payment processing. Stripe's use of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Analytics Providers: We use analytics tools to understand Service usage. These providers may collect anonymized usage data subject to their own privacy policies.
• Hosting and Infrastructure: Our Service is hosted on cloud platforms that comply with industry security standards.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

Payment transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

Children between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms. Family plan account holders are responsible for managing access for minor family members.

When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy within the Service and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We may also notify you via email for significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
