Terms of Service

Welcome to CGC+. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CGC+ subscription service, including the CGC mobile application and associated website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Christ's Gospel Churches, Int'l., Inc. ("CGC," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Account Terms

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users between 13 and 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Each account is intended for use by a single individual. You may not share your account credentials with others, except as provided through Family plans.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. CGC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain inactive for an extended period.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

2.1 Available Plans

CGC+ offers the following subscription plans:

Annual billing is available at a discounted rate. Family plans for Multimedia and Study tiers allow multiple family members to share a single subscription.

2.2 Billing

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Subscription fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

3. Free Trial

New subscribers to paid plans (Basic, Multimedia, or Study) are eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you will have full access to the features of your selected plan at no charge.

• The free trial is available once per person and per payment method.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged at the applicable rate.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings within the CGC mobile app.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Content Usage

• All content available through the Service, including sermons, devotionals, study materials, videos, audio recordings, and graphics, is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without prior written permission from CGC.
• Downloaded content (where available based on your subscription plan) is for offline personal use only and remains subject to these Terms.
• We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove content from the Service at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and design) are owned by Christ's Gospel Churches, Int'l., Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The CGC name, CGC+ brand, and CGC logo are trademarks of Christ's Gospel Churches, Int'l., Inc. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Share, distribute, or resell your account access or subscription content to unauthorized users.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security features, access controls, or digital rights management.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access, extract, or download content from the Service.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CGC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content available through the Service.

The spiritual and devotional content provided through the Service is intended for personal edification and does not constitute professional counseling, legal, medical, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHRIST'S GOSPEL CHURCHES, INT'L., INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO CGC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christ's Gospel Churches, Int'l., Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Indiana.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms within the Service and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. We may also notify you via email for significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
